What items are returnable?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly exchange or provide a credit note for your unworn/unwashed swimwear within 15 days of the delivery date.

We will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration and colour running. Please follow the care instructions to ensure you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment. Swimwear garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience “wear and tear” over time.

Non-exchangable items:
Any items that are worn, damaged, stained or hold deodorant marks, hygiene label removal and/or swing ticket removal.

Items purchased with a promo code discount of 40% or more.

If the item meets our policy, and you would like to exchange, please ask our sales team for the address to return the item to, and make sure you place your proof of purchase in the parcel.

Are there any charges for returns? 

You are responsible for return shipping charges
You must send your item within 3 days of a return being approved by one of our members of staff, or your order will not be able to be exchanged or no credit notes will be able to be issued.

International

For our International deliveries, we use an Express tracked courier to be delivered in 4-14 days European, or between 5-14 days worldwide. This can vary with different holidays and weekends in between.

International purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (GBP). International payment providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international customers will be liable to pay. BIkinikinini products are sold on a delivered duty unpaid basis.

The customer may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery. Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, import delays or higher than anticipated demand.

Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

Do we refund?

We only offer exchanges & grant credit notes. 

When trying on garments avoid make-up, false tan or lotions coming into contact with the item, if any item is sent back with this type of mark it will be sent straight back to you.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We do not refund any international orders.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The return has to be within 10 days so for example if you place an order on the 1st June then it needs to be returned to us before the 10th June. This does not apply to pre-order items.
